Olive groves
Five hectares of olive groves, on average centuries old, spread across the sunny terraces of Poggi, overlooking the sea of Imperia in the Buscarin and Bausi areas. Here, we cultivate only the prized Taggiasca cultivar, a symbol of Ligurian tradition. After careful manual harvesting, the olives are pressed within 24 hours using innovative techniques, preserving their freshness and yielding an authentic and refined Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Taggiasche Olives
in Brine
Our Taggiasche olives in brine, are a careful selection of the fruit during all phases of the harvest.
Considered the most delicate in the world and consequently also the most valuable, they are used in many Ligurian dishes based on both meat and fish, in bread and focaccia doughs, in the preparation of pizzas and in various salads.
They can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif accompanying a glass of Vermentino wine or Pigato Saglietto wine.

Vineyards
Quality is born from love for the vineyard.
On steep, sun-kissed slopes, bordered by dry stone walls overlooking the sea and kissed by salty breezes, our vineyards benefit from balanced soil and an ideal microclimate. Here, the Pigato and Vermentino grape varieties find perfect conditions to express their best characteristics. Short pruning and thinning ensure low but precious yields. From these top-quality grapes, we produce our wines, refined in the heart of western Liguria, among the ancient alleys known as “carruggi.”
Grapes: Vermentino and Pigato
Soil: shallow, chalky clay loam; alkaline, rich in calcium.
Produces a refined, aromatic fruit.
Aspect: sud – east
Position: terraced hillside strips, average incline of 35%
